Responsibilities

  • Acquire and manage new clients (both corporate and individuals)
  • Building and maintaining rapport with client accounts
  • Preparing and submitting credit proposals, assessing creditworthiness and risk
  • Collaborating with credit and backend teams to ensure accurate loan approvals/disbursements
  • Proactive management, supervision and monitoring of accounts

 

Requirements

  • More than 2 years of relevant working experience in soliciting for commercial loans and preparing credit proposals
  • Customer oriented
  • Driven and proactive demeanour
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Candidates with relevant experience will be viewed favourably, though not necessary

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and promote jewellery products and our services to walk-in customers
  • Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction
  • Be self-motivated and driven to achieve monthly sales targets
  • Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related resulted as needed

 

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE “N” level
  • Service-oriented with strong  interpersonal skills
  • Good spoken English and another language to speak to clients from multilingual environment
  • Candidate with retail or jewellery experience is an added advantage
  • Dynamic, energetic, positive and driven to exceed targets
  • Strong focus on self-improvement and performance
  • Able to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays
  • Able to start work within short notice will be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Need to expand existing and new develop clientele base
  • Build strong rapport and provide excellent service to customers
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal departments, to facilitate smooth and successful loan application and disbursement processes
  • Able to resolve conflicts timely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Achieving sales target

 

Requirements

  • GCE N/O/A level
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin, with both written and oral communication skills
  • Independent and highly motivated in achieving sales target
  • Customer-centric and keen to learn with positive work attitude
  • Possess good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage orders from various digital platforms holistically, including website, e-commerce official online channels (eg, Lazada, Shopee, etc)
  • Process e-commerce orders in our in-house system and excel
  • Work closely with the warehouse, fleet team, and clients to optimize process flows
  • Monitor and respond to internal/external inquiries in a timely manner
  • Enhance customer experience and drive the growth of the e-commerce business by managing customer order fulfillment, technology, and infrastructural plans
  • Understand the operational workflow of the entire business and identify opportunities to bring value to the company
  • Work closely with customer service to ensure daily customer orders are fulfilled within target order fill rates
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations
  • Monitor & Perform physical stock checks in the ecommence products and packaging
  • Manage inventory to ensure product availability for all orders
  • Other related duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any field of discipline
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • 2 years & above of relevant experience in managing ecommerce platforms is an added advantage
  • Strong customer service skill
  • Able to multi-task with good time management skill
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
  • Passionate about the fast-paced and challenging nature of the e-commerce industry
  • Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and genuine desire to learn
