How do I register for MoneyMax rewards membership?
Simply make a purchase at any MoneyMax store (https://moneymax.com.sg/outlets/) to become a MoneyMax Rewards Member.
How many points do I earn per transaction?
Earn 1 point for every S$20 purchase at MoneyMax Singapore stores.
(Point accumulation may vary for purchases made at the following stores: 118 Syed Alwi Road, 81 Serangoon Road, 93 Serangoon Rd and 664 Buffalo Road.)
Is the MoneyMax rewards program applicable on all purchases?
Earn points for purchase of new jewellery items. MoneyMax Rewards program is not applicable for purchase of gold bars/ coins or preowned jewellery, bags, and watches.
Which are the participating stores for MoneyMax rewards?
The MoneyMax Rewards program is valid at all MoneyMax stores in Singapore and on our e-Store at MoneyMax website at https://shop.moneymax.com.sg/. Purchases made via MoneyMax Marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, Qoo10) are not eligible for MoneyMax Rewards program point accumulation or redemption.
How do I check my MoneyMax rewards points balance?
Visit any of our MoneyMax stores to check your point balance. A full listing of our store locations can be found at https://moneymax.com.sg/outlets/
How do I redeem my points?
Redeem $1 off your in-store purchase with every 10 points.
When will my points expire?
Points earned between Jan – Jun will expire on 30 Jun the following year.
Points earned between July – Dec will expire on 31 Dec the following year.
Are points transferrable?
MoneyMax points are non-transferable.
Can I do an exchange for products I purchased with point redemption?
MoneyMax reserves the right to amend the benefits and privileges extended to MoneyMax Rewards from time to time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
