ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage new clients (both corporate and individuals)
  • Building and maintaining rapport with client accounts
  • Preparing and submitting credit proposals, assessing creditworthiness and risk

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE “N” level

FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities

  • Lead a full spectrum of financial reporting and accounting operations for Singapore entities
  • Ensure timely reporting of the entities’ management and statutory financial reporting with sound financial analysis
  • Manage cash flow planning and bank related matters
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting exercise
  • Create / modify and implement policies and processes to cope with changes in business activities and ensure effective control
  • Ensure compliance with all aspects of statutory, tax and regulatory requirements (eg.  Ministry of Law – PSPM, ROP & AML)
  • Liaise with banks, external auditors, tax consultants and corporate secretarial agent
  • Set up new entities and plan for the accounting structure.
  • Manage annual insurance renewal and coverage
  • Any other ad-hoc finance duties as assigned

Requirements

    • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or CPA qualification
    • Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Hands on with full spectrum finance function and operational accounting

CORPORATE SALES EXECUTIVE AUTOMOBILE

Responsibilities

  • Need to expand existing and new develop clientele base

E-COMMERCE ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings and craft compelling product descriptions that drive online sales and conversions.
  • Responsible for operational efficiency, encompassing inventory and price management, order fulfilment, and customer support.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties related to e-commerce operations and marketing campaigns.

Photographer Cum Videographer

Responsibilities

  • Execute product and fashion photography/videography to produce compelling and visually images and videos in an engaging way
  • Product photography: Responsible for photographing and the digital imaging of all of the brand’s products for e-store, brochures, and catalogs purposes
  • Lifestyle and Fashion photography / Videography: Research, plan, and execute weekly shoots to support the brand’s multiple platforms, including social media, e-commerce website, and other third-party marketplace platforms, as well as store content
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in social media and video production, passionate about exploring new techniques and tools to ensure that the brand’s images and videos always stand out from the crowd.
  • Able to find the right angle, shape, or detail to properly capture a product’s design and match the aesthetic.
  • Style, source, and scout for location and props for all shoots
  • Execute studio shoot and location shoots and to be able to handle all camera equipment and lighting
  • Maintain photography equipment and cleanliness of the studio

Requirements

  • Passionate and interested in the jewellery industry
  • High proficiency in digital imaging is a must; experience in commercial fashion Videography/photography with cataloging experience is preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • High proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Final Cut Pro X, After Effect, Capture One
  • Experience in fashion photography/videography and styling would be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Do ensure the creative portfolio is shared either as a link or attachment.

INVENTORY CONTROL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

  • Inventory management for retail stores
  • Ensure all product codes are entered correctly and accurately into the system
  • Packaging of bags and jewellery products
  • Ad-Hoc duties
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least “N” Level certificate
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel is an advantage
  • Efficient and independent
  • A good team worker

 

INTERNAL AUDIT ASSISTANT

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for general administration tasks within an office environment
  • Prepare all documentation requirements related to the works handled by the department.
  • Ensure filing and documentation is keep up to date.
  • Assist in investigating (ad hoc) irregularities and non-compliance issues whenever necessary.
  • Conduct watchlist screening, periodic reviews on the customer due diligence, enhanced due diligence, and transaction activity checks and other reviews/investigations
  • Gather data and information required for the planning of each audit assignment.
  • Perform audit work and gather evidence in accordance with the audit program within the timeline and budget assigned.
  • Document and prepare work papers with supporting documents for audit work done for review by team lead

Requirements

  • High school; Diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in any industries.

E-COMMERCE ORDER PROCESSING

Responsibilities

  • Manage orders from various digital platforms holistically, including website, e-commerce official online channels (eg, Lazada, Shopee, etc)
  • Process e-commerce orders in our in-house system and excel
  • Work closely with the warehouse, fleet team, and clients to optimize process flows
  • Monitor and respond to internal/external inquiries in a timely manner
  • Enhance customer experience and drive the growth of the e-commerce business by managing customer order fulfillment, technology, and infrastructural plans
  • Understand the operational workflow of the entire business and identify opportunities to bring value to the company
  • Work closely with customer service to ensure daily customer orders are fulfilled within target order fill rates
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and relevant regulations
  • Monitor & Perform physical stock checks in the ecommence products and packaging
  • Manage inventory to ensure product availability for all orders
  • Other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in any field of discipline
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • 2 years & above of relevant experience in managing ecommerce platforms is an added advantage
